Cirrus Fine Coffee, Bio Filta and sustainable landscape company Australian Ecosystems have used their passions for sustainability, urban farming and food waste management to collaborate on a number of eco driven projects.

Their first collaboration was the installation of a wicking bed system the size of two car park spaces, capable of feeding two hungry adults for a whole year.

The success of this project spawned further collaboration, such as their self sufficient, sustainable housing projects that were displayed at the 2019 Melbourne international flower and garden show, to the upcoming Skyfarm project located on Southbank.

Sky farms collaborative space will consist of the largest rooftop garden in Australia, a fully functioning education centre, cafe and bar.
