Grill’d has called on the experts behind Stone & Wood to help create the new infused brisket.

I was lucky enough capture the unveiling of their new range at an exclusive event called Meet the Makers, at the newly refurbished Windsor Store.

During its refurb downtime, Australian contemporary artist Anthony Lister came and went, leaving behind an exclusive artwork for Grill’d customers to enjoy.

Considered to be one of the most collectible living artists in Australia, Lister is internationally recognised with works on display in galleries in Berlin, Miami, New York and London.
